I started a new job in Washington D.C and take the train into work everyday. This allows me time to catch up on my magazine reading. I have a subscription to Baltimore Magazine and I was reading the March 2016 issue which was highlighting the 50 Best Restaurants. It should be noted that this list includes spots in and around Baltimore. But who makes these list? Are they chefs in the industry or regular people that love food? The pictures looks amazing and they highlighted different things they specialize in but, I had a thought: What if I try to visit all the 50 restaurants and draw my own conclusion based on my experience by the end of 2016!
